HEC was initially invited by developers on Heirloom Estate to provide a high-level third-party assessment of the ‘Preliminary Development Cost Estimate’ document and provide an opinion on whether the estimate reflects local market rates within the Swan Hill region.
HEC later Tendered and won the Civil Design Services package for the proposed 59-Lot Stage 1 of Heirloom Estate. This was to include:
Stage 1 was completed and successfully marketed to the community and many houses are now under construction.
HEC was engaged to complete Stage 2 civil design services also, which are currently under construction.
